 The Tally-Wheel is a one man unit used in all applications for short quantity runs. Simply walk the joints and push the wheel.
TallyWheel is the perfect product for facilities that need tallies for very short run jobs. Perhaps you need only 5 or 6 joints tallied. One man can simply walk these joints, press a button, and electronically accumulate the tallies in the data collection box for uploading and/or printing at a later time. Just like the other Tally-Rite products, all the tally information is at the operators fingertips. The individual joint count, the pipe tally, the total joints tallied, and the total footage tallied all display on the screen for the operator to review. Even if you have Tally-Rite units in operation, the Tally-Wheel is a addition to your operation, as we have found many customers like the flexibility of actually being able to send one man to do a small string of pipe, thereby increasing their efficiencies even more.
